The Brazilian-born director returns, Carlos Saldanha, after his lastdelivered in 2012 with the film ICE AGE 4: THE FORMATION OF THE CONTINENTS, It tells the story of Blue, a fearless blue macaw who, along with his growing family and Jewel, his wife, decides to venture into the Amazon rainforest so that his children can learn to live like real birds.

RIO2, This wonderful story is produced by Blue Sky studios, written and directed by Carlos Saldanha and with music by the famous Rio de Janeiro composer, Sérgio Mendes.
