Directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, THE WOLF OF WALL STREET It makes its debut for Spanish-speaking countries. A story based on the autobiography of Jordan Belfort, who refused to cooperate in a major corporate fraud case involving the biggest banks on Wall Street and the Mafia.

Released in December 2013 in the United States and with multiple nominations for the Golden Globes as best film and best actor (DiCaprio), as well as for the BAFTA Awards, Critics Choice Awards and those of the American Film Institute, among others, it becomes a matter of interest for the most demanding cinephiles.
Without having seen it yet, the idea remains that Scorsese's films favor young heroes. We note this because, over the years, Leonardo DiCaprio has come to replace the role once played by Robert De Niro in his movies. The question that arises is, to what extent does the quality of this new Scorsese film compare with that of his earlier productions? Perhaps it's time to look back and take stock.
