Born in Owensboro, Kentucky, on June 9, 1963, this iconic actor has been nominated for three Academy Awards and has won a Golden Globe, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a César Award. He began his acting career after being encouraged by Nicolas Cage to try his hand at acting. His first role was in the film A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), directed by Wes Craven. But it wasn't until he appeared in the television series 21 Jump Street that he achieved fame. This police action series, created by Patrick Hasburgh and Stephen J. The Ranger then dons a mask and, mounted on a white horse named Silver, sets out with his friend to bring the outlaws to justice.
